Do you help me through boat purchase process?

We pride ourselves in guiding you through a successful and stress-free purchase.

Can you help me with surveyors?

We work with all the major surveying organisations and will provide you with a list to give you a choice of selection.

Can you arrange transport/shipping?

We work with all the major transport/shipping companies and will obtain quotes for your chosen destination.

Would you advertise my boat?

We are more than happy to list your boat to give her the widest coverage possible, just get in touch with us.

Do you get involved in anything other than sales or charters?

As well as our day to day brokerage activity we also provide after-sales services to our clients such as guardianage, berth sales and rentals, crew placement, deliveries, yacht management and bespoke packages as per the clients requirements.

Can you arrange boat tuition?

Yes, we work with the local RYA approved schools.

How do I make a reservation for a charter?

You can do this two ways -  via our website by clicking on a boat in charter section and entering your details on the right hand side and we will be in contact OR you can give us a call and we would be happy to speak about it.

How do payments for charter work?

In order to confirm a reservation we will require a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% payable 7 days before the charter.

What are the cancellation terms?

Due to bad weather conditions or technical problems with the yacht, you would receive a complete refund.

Do you cover other places other than the Costa del Sol?

Yes we do, other than here in Marbella, Spain we advertise yachts for sale and charter in countries all over the world.

Where is Banus Yachts located?

We are located in Puerto Banus, If you go in via the main entrance and take the first right we are the second set of steps..

What times do you open/close?

We open at 9am and close at 5pm.  We always carry our mobiles with us so we can be reached at any time.
